How to Juice Pears
Whether you wish to drink it for health benefits or because you simply love the taste, pear juice is something that can be made easily if you know the right time to juice it. Many people assume that a softer, more mushy pear will yield juice easier, but the truth is that overly soft pears will clog your juicer and make the process very difficult. If you juice the pears when they are ripe and firm, however, juicing them is simple and can be done quickly. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Cut four pears in half with a sharp knife. If your juicer naturally strains seeds out, you don't have to do anything else. If your juicer can't take seeds or stems, however, you will need to cut the core out with the knife as well.

2
Plug in your juice and lift the fruit press from the top. Put one of the pear halves into the opening and place a glass beneath the juice spout.

3
Turn your juicer on and push the fruit press over the pear. Press down and allow the juicer to take in the pear. When juice stops coming out into the glass, add another pear half.

4
Repeat until all the pear halves have been juiced. Taste the juice and add water to adjust the flavor if it is too sweet or tart.
