How to Butterfly Bounce on "Halo 2"

The Xbox version of "Halo 2" includes what is called the "Butterfly Bounce" glitch in multiplayer play. The trick requires two players on opposing sides. By stacking the players on top of one another and using specific button combinations, one player can launch herself from underneath the other character to new heights. This glitch helps players get to areas that are too high for normal jumps. The glitch may take multiple tries before success.

Instructions

1. Equip a sword, or rockets. Stand against a wall under the area you want to reach.

2. Get a second, opposing player to jump onto your character's head. Have that character get into a centered and balanced position.

3. Have the second player repeatedly jump up and down on your head. Press "X" and "B" to launch your character.
