      Place 1 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup each of honey and yellow mustard to the mayonnaise. Follow this with 1/3 cup apple-cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1 clove of minced garlic.
