How to Get the Special Tickets in "Sapphire"
When Nintendo released "Pokemon: Ruby" and "Pokemon: Sapphire," they came with fewer E-Reader features than related Pokemon games. While "Pokemon: Emerald" has special E-Reader cards for several islands, the previous two editions were promoted with only one special ticket. The Eon ticket is available through a physical card that was released at several promotional events, and in a 2003 issue of Nintendo Power magazine. The ticket allows players to travel to an island to capture the legendary bird Pokemon, Latios.
