How to Find United States Zip Codes
A Zone Improvement Plan (ZIP) Code is a nine-digit code which helps the United States Postal Service (USPS) route letters and packages throughout the United States. As of March, 2011, the USPS uses over 42,000 different ZIP Codes. It is possible to find a ZIP Code if you have the address you want to send correspondence to by using the USPS' ZIP Code Lookup tool.
