How to Cancel an AT&T Store Pre-order
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a new item or phone from the AT&T store, especially if the item is known to sell out quickly. Like all pre-orders, only a down payment is required and you may pre-order either on the AT&T website or at a retail store. If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund on your deposit as long as the item has not shipped.

Cancel an Online Pre-Order

Log into your AT&T account. Enter both your username and password. Select the "My Orders" option. From the menu, select the type of product, wireless phone, television or Internet.

Select "Check my order status." The item you pre-ordered will say "Pre-orderd." The balance, shipping method and home address will appear on the receipt form. However, you will not be charged the full amount until the item has shipped.

Select the option "Cancel My Order." Select "Yes, I want to cancel my order" to complete the cancellation. You should receive an e-mail confirmation indicating that you did indeed cancel a pre-order.
