Smokey Eye Directions

Finding the right products and using the right techniques will allow you to create the same smokey eye look you see on celebrities and models in magazines, or on television. Don't be shy and create this hot and sexy look for yourself. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

• Light grey eyeshadow
• Dark grey eyeshadow
• Highlight eyeshadow
• Medium eyeshadow brush
• Black eyeliner
• Black mascara

Instructions

1. Apply the light grey eyeshadow across the entire eyelid, leaving a full coverage from the crease down to the top of the lash-line. Use the medium-sized eyeshadow brush for this application.

2. Brush off the excess light grey eyeshadow from the medium-sized brush. Take the dark grey eyeshadow and apply to the outer-corner of the eyelid. Apply in circular motion.

3. Blend the dark grey eyeshadow into the crease of the eyelid, with the medium-sized brush. Blend in the crease to the middle of the eyelid, creating a light-to-dark effect from the inside of the eyelid to the outside of the eyelid.

4. Apply black eyeliner in a straight line across the top of the eyelashes from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eyelid. Create a thicker line on the outer corner.

5. Apply black eyeliner lightly on the bottom of the eyeball underneath the lashes. Apply from the outer corner to the inner corner, connecting the top and bottom at the inner corner of the eye with black eyeliner.

6. Add two coats of mascara to the top and bottom lashes.

7. Take the highlighter eyeshadow and apply across the eyebrow bone, underneath the eyebrows and above the crease.
