How to Get FrostWire to Connect
FrostWire is a peer-to-peer file sharing application used on the Gnutella network. The ability to connect to the Gnutella network via FrostWire is dependent on a number of things, including your Internet connection, the amount of peers currently connected and security firewalls. There are a few adjustments you can make in order to get and maintain a connection to FrostWire.

1
Open FrostWire and leave the application open for a while. The longer the application remains open, the more peers you are able to connect to and the better the connection quality becomes.
-
2
Disable your firewall. FrostWire is designed to work with most standard firewalls, but it may not work with all. Disable the firewall or create an exception to keep a port open for FrostWire to ensure a connection.
