      Input the domain transfer request at your new domain name registrar using your authorization code.

      Wait one to five days to receive an email from GoDaddy.com notifying you of the final steps for transference of the domain name.   • Remove the private registration of the domain you are trying to transfer to speed up the transferring process.

  • GoDaddy.com will also send you an email when the transfer has been finalized.

  • Domain transfers have a 60 day lockout limit. This means that a domain cannot be transferred within 60 days of the most recent transfer.
