Instructions

Remove you glasses from your face and locate the temple on each side of the frame; this is the plastic piece that rests over your ear. One ear could be higher than the other, so you will have to adjust both sides.

    • 2

Adjust the temples by sliding the temple piece forward or backward; this may take several attempts. Sliding it forward will tighten the fit, while backward will loosen the fit.

    • 3

Look in a mirror and gauge the crookedness and/or how level the glasses lay across your face. The frame should lay straight across the bridge of your nose and not obstrutct vision. If you have nose pads, you may need to adjust those, as well. Push the pads together, and the glasses will sit higher on your face, thus pulling them apart will make the frame sit lower.
