Broiled Sockeye Salmon
Sockeye salmon -- a deep pinkish-red colored and highly flavored salmon variety -- can be found in its natural habitat between the Bering Sea and the West Coast of North America, according to the book "Fish and Seafood: Identification, Fabrication, Utilization." Although smaller than other salmon varieties, sockeye makes up for its diminutive size with firm flesh and rich taste. Broiling sockeye salmon produces a tasty and nutritious seafood entree. Keep the cooking method simple to allow the delicious taste of the fish to shine. This recipe serves four. Does this Spark an idea?
