How to Transfer a Squidoo Lens

Owners of Squidoo Lenses can sell them for money

Squidoo Lensmasters need to transfer a Squidoo Lens to another Lensmaster in order to change ownership of the Lens. Transferring a Lens allows the new owner to modify it, receive any royalty payments paid during their ownership, and transfer it yet again to another Lensmaster. Lenses can be traded or sold, and make great gifts. Some choose to transfer lenses among their own multiple Squidoo accounts for organization purposes.

Transferring a Squidoo Lens

1. Login to the Squidoo account from which you would like to transfer a lens. Go to the Dashboard if you're not already there.

2. Click the link labeled "Transfer a lens" in the panel with the heading "Don't miss this tool!" along the left sidebar. This will take you to the Squidoo Lens transfer page.

3. Fill out the form. Specify the Lens you wish to transfer in the drop-down box; enter the email address of the Squidoo account to which you would like to transfer the Lens. Add any comments you would like to send to the recipient of the Lens. Click "Send."

Tips & Warnings

• After you fill out the form, the recipient will receive an email with a unique hyperlink to click to confirm receipt. Once this happens, the actual transaction takes place relatively instantly.
