How to Disable the Windows Content Advisor
Internet Explorer uses the Windows Content Advisor to block offensive websites. Content Advisor can block specific websites as well as using a rating system to block websites with offensive content such as pornography, gambling and violence.The Content Advisor setting is protected by a supervisor password so users can't disable it without permission. You can disable or configure the Content Advisor only if you know the supervisor password.

Click "Start" and click "Control Panel."

Click "Network and Internet" and click "Internet Options."

Click the "Content" tab in the "Options" window.

Click the "Disable" button in the "Content Advisor" section.

Type the supervisor password for the Content Advisor into the "Password" box. If you configured a hint to help you remember the password, the hint appears at the top of the password window.

Click "OK" in the confirmation window.

Close the "Internet Options" window by clicking "OK."

Tips & Warnings
Remember to re-enable the Content Advisor after you're done using the computer if you want it to block inappropriate Web content. You can turn it back on by clicking the "Enable" button, which appears where the "Disable" button was in the "Internet Options" window.
