Internet chat rooms can constitute a gray area in the realm of infidelity. While some people believe that engaging in the simulation of inappropriate behavior online is just good clean fun, other people make no distinction between this and actually cheating on a partner. If these two definitions exist within one relationship, trouble can ensue.
