How to Set Up Free FTP Sites
Set up an FTP site for free by using your own computer's in-built ability to host an FTP server. FTP sites utilize the "file transfer protocol" to allow the transfer of data. When you have your FTP site set up, other users will be able to connect to it for downloading or uploading files. This is useful if you are working on a group project with others and need shared access.
