The Trojan Gamethief for Win32 Online Games, also known as Trojan-GameThief.Win32.OnLineGames.xevz, is a backdoor trojan that affects the Windows operating system. The trojan is designed to record personal information, such as online banking passwords, and send the information to a remote server. Symptoms of the trojan may include reduced computer speed, new icons on your desktop, and reduced system memory. Fortunately, this malicious trojan can be removed without the need for an expensive anti-malware program.

Click "Start," "All Programs," "Accessories," and then "Command Prompt." The Windows Command Prompt opens.

Type "regsvr32 /u midimap.dll" (without the quotation marks) into the Command Prompt and press "Enter."

Type "exit" (without the quotation marks) into the Command Prompt and press "Enter" to close the Command Prompt.

Click "Start" and type "midimap.dll" (without the quotation marks) into the search field.

Right-click the "midimap.dll" file that appears in the results list and select "Delete" from the context menu that appears.
