Choose your testing center. State Farm Certification is currently only offered at the following training centers: Ebrel in Lakewood, CO, Worley in Hammond, LA, Pilot in Mobile, AL, and E.A. Renfroe in Birmingham, AL.

Register through your training center's website and upload your resume to view the training schedule and choose your dates. Training is typically offered on a quarterly basis.

Make travel arrangements for your training dates. Training typically requires you to be on site for two days.

Report to your test center for your first day of training. This includes a 6-hour long Live Desktop presentation that covers State Farm specific procedures. Take detailed notes, as you will be tested over the information in your second day.

Carefully review your notes on the Live Desktop presentation.

Report to your test center for day two of your training. You will take two tests over the information covered in the Live Desktop Presentation. The first will cover Wind/Hail claims, and the second will cover Estimatics. If you pass both tests, you will receive official certification.

Review the State Farm claims website prior to your training. This will give you a head start on the information and give you a goof knowledge foundation to build upon.
