A henna cone is a simplistic foil cone structure that is used to apply henna powder easily to your hair or skin. Instructions

    • 1

Spread the sheet of craft foil out in front of you with the shiny chrome-colored side facing upward. Foil wrapping paper can be found in craft and party supply stores with ease, and it comes in a wide array of colors with a chrome colored underside on each one. This material is cheap, easy to use and is durable enough to be folded into a cone for holding the henna powders. Alternatively you can use thick plastic wrap or even a heavy paper if the cone is going to be used immediately.

    • 2

Pull the top right corner of the sheet and fold it inward slowly, rolling the foil in the same direction as you do so.

    • 3

Tuck the corner you are pulling, inward and downward into the lower right corner as you roll the foil. This makes the bottom narrow with the top opened up broadly -- a cone shape.

    • 4

Apply a 5 inch strip of clear tape up the side of the cone, overlapping the edge of the foil paper. This keeps the cone in shape. Twist the narrow end slightly to keep it closed.

Tips & Warnings

  • Fill the wide-opened end of the cone with your blend of henna powders for the application of your choice.
