How to Tie an Overhand Bend Water Knot
The overhand bend water knot is also known as a tape knot, a water knot and an overhand bend knot. This knot is used for joining two ends of straps or ropes. Recreational climbers often use the overhand bend water knot to connect two pieces of webbing strapping. The knot is also used in climbing for joining two runners together to form a sling. When making knots, always tighten them securely and inspect them frequently for safety.
