How to Cures for Perspiration
Perspiration is a part of a healthy body's natural functions. Sweating plays an important role because it helps to cool the body and prevent overheating. Some people, on the other hand, seem to sweat excessively. Unwanted excess perspiration can cause embarrassing clothing stains and make you feel dirty even if you've recently showered. Odor also often accompanies sweating. If you feel that you sweat too much, there are ways to "cure" your excessive perspiration.

1
Bathe daily and use an anti-bacterial soap. Reducing the amount of bacteria on your skin can help to cut back on perspiration and odor.
-
2
Dry your body thoroughly before you dress. Trapped moisture in warm areas can worsen sweating and smells.

3
Use a deodorant-antiperspirant product. The deodorant part of the product will help with smells, while the antiperspirant will help with sweating. Apply this product several times over the course of the day.

4
Dress in fabrics made of natural materials, like cotton. Make sure your clothing isn't too tight. Natural fibers and a little room in your clothing help to keep air circulating, which reduces perspiration.
-
5
Control stress, since stress causes the body to perspire more. You can control stress by exercising regularly, along with practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, yoga or meditation.
