How to Cancel GMAT
Test-takers can schedule, view and cancel a Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) from the official GMAT website, mba.com. Canceling your GMAT exam may cost you; you will not receive your total GMAT fee back. As of March, 2011, if you cancel your exam seven calendar days or more before your initial appointment, you will receive an $80 refund. Canceling fewer than seven calendar days out? You will not receive a refund.

Go to mba.com and click the "Cancel Your Appointment" button on the Cancel MBA Appointment page.

Log in to your account by entering your email address and password. Click "Login."

Select your appointment from the resulting page and click "Cancel." A confirmation email is sent to your email address on your file to confirm your cancellation.

Users may also cancel their GMAT appointment by calling 800-717-4628 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, seven days a week.
