How to Polish Pewter With a Dremel Tool
A Dremel rotary tool has many different uses, including polishing pewter and other metals. Accomplish this by installing a polishing tip into the Dremel, which spins faster than any hand method of polishing the metal. By adding some metal polish into the mix, you can make it much faster to polish with the Dremel than by hand. It also allows you to polish tight areas that you couldn't reach.

3
Adjust the speed on the Dremel to a medium setting, then apply the metal polish to the metal object, using the Dremel polishing tip.

Dip the Dremel into the metal polish frequently so you always have fresh polish on the end of the tip. Work the metal polish across the pewter until you get a satisfactory finish, then wipe off any excess polish with a microfiber towel.
