Regal Bread Machine K6776 Instructions

It can make literally thousands of different kinds of breads, rolls, and baked goods. Remove bread pan from the Regal K6776 Bread Machine by pulling up on the handle with both hands. Insert the mixing paddle onto the stem and the kneading pin into the side of the pan turning it clockwise to lock it in place.

Measure the ingredients, following the recipe, and pour them into the pan beginning with the liquid, then the flour and other dry ingredients with the yeast always being put in last. Since there are thousands of bread machine recipes, each recipe will require differing amounts of ingredients. In the resources of this article are several recipe websites.

Place the baking pan back into the Regal K6776 Bread Machine until you hear a click and close the lid.

Press the menu button to choose the desired setting of "Normal," "Sweet," "Speed-Normal," "Dough Normal," "Speed-Sweet," or "Dough-Sweet." Pressing the menu button will advance the setting to the next selection. Settings will be indicated in the individual recipes. The "Normal" setting is the one you will use most of the time. The "Sweet" setting will be used for specialty breads. The "Dough Normal" and "Dough Sweet" is used for only making dough that will be removed to bake outside of the bread machine. The "Speed Normal" and "Speed Sweet" settings prepares and bakes the bread quicker and uses fast rising yeast rather than the regular yeast.

Press the "Size" button to either regular or large loaf. The size is determined by the amount of ingredients and should be indicated in the recipe.

Press the "Crust" button to the desired darkness of crust; light, medium or dark.

Push the "Start" button.

Press "Cancel" when the bread is finished and the indicator switches from bake to warm/end.

Remove the bread by pulling the bread pan out using hot pads, taking out the kneading pin, and turning the pan upside down to let the bread slide out.

Tips & Warnings
You may use the timer option by selecting the number of hours it will be until you want your bread done. Based on the other selections the machine will automatically begin the mixing and baking so you can have hot bread for your meal. Select the timer option after Step 5. Only "Normal" or "Sweet" may be selected when using the timer.
If you select the timer option make a small hole in the flour to put the yeast in so it does not get wet while waiting to start. If it does the bread may not rise properly.
