How to Install Miele Vacuum Filters

Save

Miele produces many home appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, coffee makers, dishwashers, washers and dryers, as well as vacuum cleaners. Miele vacuum cleaners are available in upright or canister versions in different sizes and with various capabilities. Most of the vacuums have at least one filter and many have a HEPA filter to reduce potential allergens and send cleaner air back into the environment after using the vacuum. Installing a Miele vacuum filter is fairly straightforward but should only be done when the vacuum is unplugged.

  • Lift out the filter housing.

  • Lift out the filter using the corners. Slide a new filter into the housing.

  • Slide the filter housing into the vacuum.

  • Close the exhaust filter compartment lid.
