Cardo Scala-700 Operating Instructions

The Cardo Scala-700 is a small, hands-free cellular headset compatible with Bluetooth. You place the headset on your ear and pair it with your cellular device so you can speak while driving or in other situations where actually using the handset is difficult. The pairing process can be completed quickly and you don't need to know much about electronics in order to do it.

Instructions

1. Insert the charging cable into the port on the end of the Scala-700 and plug the other end into an available power outlet. Charge the headset for at least four hours or until the green LED light on the headset flashes. This will signify that the unit is fully charged.

2. Unplug the charging cable and press down on the wheel button located above the cable port at the end of the headset. Hold the wheel for eight seconds and the status light will then flash red, signifying the unit is ready to be paired to your cellular device.

3. Turn on your cellular device and enable Bluetooth according the manual for your particular cell phone.

4. Select the "Scala-700" option when it appears on the list of Bluetooth devices found in the area. Select "Scala-700."

5. Use the keypad on the phone to enter "0000" when prompted, and your cellular phone will pair with the Scala-700.
