      Click the "Tools" dropdown menu and highlight the "Comment & Markups" option to display a list of available options. Click the "Highlight Text" option.

      Click once at the beginning of the section of text that you want to highlight and drag to the end of the section while holding down the mouse button. Repeat this process for each section of text that you want to highlight.
