Business cards provide information about the possessor and the business they represent. There are a number of websites that allow individuals to print their own business cards using a personal computer. Many of these programs allow the ability to design business cards using pre-designed logos, colors and text. Business cards can be printed on a number of paper mediums including business cards, card stock, or plain paper if desired.

Instructions

1. Open the Business Card Land website and click "Create Business Cards." Click the business card you would like to customize, select your country and enter your personal information. Complete the card information by selecting your color scheme and how you would like the cards printed. Click "Create PDF" to get your business cards. Your business card PDF will appear in a separate internet window. Place the paper into your printer and print the PDF.

2. Open the HP and click "Explore & Create", "At Home" and "Free Printing Projects". In the "Project Types" menu, click "Home Business & Organization" to create your business card project. Click "Business cards" and scroll through the list of projects to find the cards you would like to customize. Enter the information you would like to add to the card, upload your logo or picture and click "Preview and print". Your business card preview will appear on the next page. Load your paper into your printer and click "Print it" to print your business cards.

3. Open the Avery Web page and click "Templates & Software", "Software", "Avery Design & Print Online", "Start Now". Enter your personal information in the window that appears and click "Submit" to create a new account. Click "Design & Print online", "Start now", "Business cards" and select the type of business cards you would like to print. The business cards listed on the Avery site are based on Avery business card but can be printed on any type of paper. If the cards are not printed on Avery paper it is not guaranteed that they will be the appropriate size for the form you are using. Select the style of card you would like to use and follow the steps to complete your customization. Click "Next" once you have completed your customization to save or print your project.
