Lotus Notes 7 includes a full-featured email client.

Lotus Notes 7 is a software platform from IBM that features email and calendar tools and serves as the client application used to access Lotus Domino server resources. Lotus Notes 7 also can be configured to work with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint Portal and other server platforms. The Notes client can be used as a standalone "POP/SMTP" email client similar to programs such as Microsoft Outlook.
