How to Change Font Size in a Callout Tool Box in Acrobat
When you collaborate on a document with other users, the Callout tool allows you to add notes to a specific point in the document without blocking text and images. The Callout tool creates a text box with a jointed line, called a knee line, which points to a location in the document. You can adjust the text within the callout text box by changing its size to suit your needs.

Select the text in the callout text box.

Go to the "View" menu, scroll down to "Show/Hide," select "Toolbar Items" and select "Properties Bar." The "Text Box Text Properties" toolbar appears on the screen.

Enter a font size in the size text box on the toolbar, or click the arrow to select from the preset sizes.
