How to Check My AT&T Account


AT&T offers many ways to check your account. You can call AT&T, click on the AT&T website, use its mobile app or visit a store. Chat services are also available. The data provided is easy to read and displayed in detail.

By Phone

Your phone should already contain AT&T Customer Service as one of your contacts. You can also dial 611 directly from your mobile phone; this will send you directly to AT&T. If your cellphone service in not through AT&T, call 800-331-0500 to speak to a representative. Once you call, you will get a voice prompt referring you to your account once you state the request. For business customers, call 800-221-0000 to reach the Enterprise Business Customer Center.

Visit AT&T to check your account. If you don't have an account linked to your mobile phone, you can register your phone service by selecting a logon and password. When you log on, you should immediately see the balance owed. To the left of the webpage, you will see a drop-down menu title "I want to..." Click there and you can review your bill and account.

Checking your GoPhone account is similar to checking your other accounts. On the mobile app, you will sign in and be afforded the opportunity to check your account and refill your minutes.
