The Fossil clothing company offers a one-year warranty on its sunglasses. This warranty covers problems created by manufacturing defects and requires a valid sales receipt. In most cases, a popped-out sunglass lens is not caused by manufacturing defects but by accidental damage. You may be able to pop your lens back into the frame of your Fossil sunglasses. Instructions

    • 1

      Mail your glasses to the Fossil repair center, if the warranty covers the repair. Include a valid receipt. The address is Metro Service Center, Attn: Repairs, 10615 Sanden Drive, Dallas, TX 75238. If you are not mailing your glasses, proceed to Step 2.

      Run your finger along the side of your glasses until you feel the metal of the hinge screw. Insert the screwdriver from a glasses repair kit into the screw of the Fossil sunglasses. Turn the screw counterclockwise to remove it.

      Unscrew the screw on the other side of the Fossil sunglasses, if necessary.

      Turn the Fossil lens so that it faces the same direction of the sunglass frame. Slide the lens into its place. Keep one hand on the lens of the Fossil lenses. You may have to push the top of the lens into the frame before the lens snaps into place.

      Replace the screw on the side of the Fossil sunglasses with the replaced lens. Take your hand off the lens and push the lens forward gently to determine if the lens is in place.

      Insert the lens on the other side of the Fossil sunglasses, if necessary.
