How to Remotely Access Another Computer on Windows 7

Remote Desktop is a software program built into Windows 7 that lets you connect to another computer on the Internet or a local network and control that computer just like you could if you were sitting in front of it. This is of particular use to system administrators, who frequently have to access remote systems but don't want to -- or are physically unable to -- gain direct access to the remote systems.
