How Do I Remove My Email Signature in Vista?
Unlike older versions of the Windows operating system, which used Outlook Express, Windows Vista uses a built-in email client called Windows Mail. Vista users can register email accounts and send and receive messages through Windows Mail. Windows Mail provides options to personalize your email messages. To remove your email signature, edit your personal settings in the "Options" menu.
