How to Organize a Fantasy Creature Wedding
A fantasy creature wedding is an opportunity to present a wonderfully magical evening for everyone to enjoy. They can enter a realm outside the real world that places them in a fantasy of mythical creatures and otherworldly destinations. The planning for this type of wedding should be fun and interesting as it will be different from regular weddings. All elements will be unique and focus on the idea of fantasy and magic. A specific type of fantasy creature should be chosen in order to focus the wedding planning in a more manageable way. For example, fairies are a solid choice.

1
Create invitations that reflect the fairy fantasy theme. Present a card filled with foliage sparkled with magical fairy dust with an elegant image of a fairy on it with the pertinent details of the special day. Consider asking guests on the invitation to dress up as magical or mythical characters, such as fairies, witches, wizards, dragons or unicorns. This way, everyone will be part of the magical enchanted forest theme, not only the bridal party.

2
Dress the bride and groom in costumes fit for the theme. The bride can dress as the fairy princess with wings and wand, while the groom can play the fairy prince. This is an opportunity to create a new fairytale, where the bride is the fairy princess who falls in love with a knight and must choose her magical powers or his love. Act out the story for the guests, it will be an enchanting sight and can be culminated in the vows to eternal love regardless of the costs. She can keep her powers by making him magical too, as a happy ending to the conflict.

Plan for the ceremony and reception to be held in the same venue. Decorate the venue completely to replicate an enchanted forest. Turn off all the lights. Hang greenery and foliage all over the space with vines hanging down from the ceiling. Hang lit lanterns all over to give the space a soft glow and magical atmosphere. Ensure the venue is mainly carpeted as it can resemble underbrush in the dark, then lay leaves or faux grass down on the dance floor. Place soft linens on the tables with candles as the centerpieces along with floral blooms strewn around them. This could also work in a tent outdoors. Consider incorporating a water feature with soothing sounds. Another important factor in setting the atmopsphere will be the music, so play soft flutes or chimes in the background during the ceremony and mingling for a magical environment.

4
Serve food that is of the preference to the bride and groom, but consider serving it on large leaves, such as banana leaves. This will coincide with the enchanted forest theme, but will also be a different way of eating for most guests, which will be fun. Serve finger foods otherwise to maintain the carefree movement in the space as it would be in the forest as opposed to formal seating and dining. Serve lots of fruit and vegetable dishes for that natural element, but also any other preferred foods for substance. Have fun with the dessert table with sparkles, icing and sprinkled sugar.

5
Learn a group dance that can be taught to the guests. Teach them how to do the simple steps after the first dance and ask them to join in. Dance together for a fun, memorable evening to keep the magic alive in the enchanted forest. Twinkle lights can be strung up above to simulate moon and starlight if it is not possible to be outdoors. Give the guests a special favor for their time shared with the newlyweds in the enchanted forest, such as an edible flower cake wrapped in a leaf or a small candle surrounded by sparkling fairy dust. It will be a night the guests will never forget.
