Place a flat-bottomed wok on the stove top. Turn the stove on medium heat. If you have an electric wok, plug it in and turn it on. Allow it to heat up for 5 minutes.

2
Pour the peanut oil in the wok. Peanut oil is a fatty cooking oil that adds flavor to vegetables while withstanding high temperatures. This keeps the oil from burning when the wok is hot.

3
Add baby corn and sliced zucchini to the hot oil.
-
4
Use the spatula to move the mixture of vegetables around as they sizzle in the peanut oil. Do this for two minutes.
-
5
Move the baby corn and zucchini to the side walls of the wok. This way the vegetables won't soak in the oil, but they will remain hot. Turn off the stove and serve the vegetables with sticky rice or noodles, if preferred.
