How to Block an Outgoing Number on a Net10 Phone

Net10 is a prepaid cellular service offered by TracFone Wireless. Net10 offers prepaid calling plans that include features like caller ID. By default, when you make a call using your Net10 phone, your number will appear on the caller ID display of the person receiving the call. You can, however, block your outgoing number so that it will not appear on caller ID displays.

Instructions

1. Press "*67" using the keypad on your Net10 cellular phone. This is the code that will block your number from appearing on the caller ID display of the person receiving the call.

2. Enter the 10-digit phone number of the person you want to call using the keypad on your cellular phone. Your phone's display will show the *67 code followed by the phone number.

3. Press the "Send" or "Call" button. Net10 will automatically connect your call and block your phone number from appearing on the caller ID display of the call recipient.

Tips & Warnings

• Net10's call-blocking feature functions on a per-call basis. You will need to enter the *67 code every time you make a call on your Net10 phone and want to block your phone number from appearing on the caller ID display of the call recipient.
