Urine leaves a foul odor if allowed to remain on a wall. As with many cleaning projects, the sooner you remove the urine, the better the chance the smell disappears. If left to dry on the walls, the urine soaks into the surface. Baking soda and vinegar effectively remove the urine off most walls. Bathroom walls next to urinals are the most common areas that require this type of cleaning. Walls where pets frequent may also be affected.

Put on the rubber gloves to protect your hands.

Pour a handful of baking soda into one glove-covered palm. Pat the baking soda onto the urine-soaked area of the wall. The baking soda soaks up the urine and helps deodorize the wall.
Step 3
Scrub the baking-soda-covered area with the scrub brush. Rinse it clean with wet paper towels. Throw the paper towels in the trash.
Step 4
Insert a funnel into an open spray bottle. Fill the bottle with vinegar. Remove the funnel and screw the lid back onto the bottle.
Step 5
Spray the wall with the vinegar until it's soak. Allow the vinegar to sit on the wall for 10 minutes. Wipe off the walls with paper towels to remove the extra vinegar, and leave the walls to dry.
