How to Add Music to Your BlackPlanet Page
BlackPlanet is a social networking site for the African American community. Members create profiles and personal pages that let them socialize through forums, chat, photos and dating. Many members also promote music, which you can add to your personal page. Once added to your page, the music plays automatically when other members view the page. Select from a variety of readily available songs and add your favorite music in a few steps.

Log into your Black Planet account using your username and password (see Resources).

Click "Manage," then click "Edit" on the "Design My Page" page. Scroll down to the "Music Player" and click the "Add to Page" option to add the Music Player to your personal page. Click "View My Page" to see the Music Player.

Click the "Look & Listen" button and click "Music." Search for the music you want to add to your BlackPlanet page.

Click the "Add" button next to the song you want to add to your page. Repeat the last two steps to add additional songs to your BlackPlanet page. The songs play automatically when you or your friends access the page.

Tips & Warnings
You can only add songs with the "Add" link next to them. These are songs the artists have allowed to be uploaded to BlackPlanet profiles.
