      Right-click on the clock and choose "Adjust Date/Time."

      Click "Change Time Zone."

      Click to open the drop-down list of time zones, scroll to "(GMT - 5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)," and click to select it.

      Click to place a check in the box next to "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes."

      Click "Apply," then click "OK."
