You can block and unblock Internet sites on Internet Explorer.

      Launch Internet Explorer by double-clicking on its desktop icon. Click "Tools," then "Internet options," then "Content." A new window will display. Click on the "Content" tab, then on "Enable."

      Click on the tab labeled "General," then select "Users can see websites that have no rating."

      Block a site by clicking on the "Approved sites" tab, then entering the address of the site under "Allow this website." Click on "Never," then click "OK."

      Unblock a site by clicking on the line corresponding to the site under "List of approved and disapproved websites." Click on "Never," then "OK."
