How to Recover a Recycle Bin That Has Been Deleted
It is ironic that the Windows 7 Recycle Bin, which is designed to recover deleted files, can be accidentally deleted without an obvious way to recover it. However, there is a way to recover it. In fact, when you delete the Recycle Bin, it is not deleted at all. Rather, it is simply disabled from appearing on the desktop. All you need to do is tell Windows 7 to make it appear on the desktop again.
