How to Disable the Auto Restart on the Blue Screen
The blue screen of death is an indication that there is a serious hardware or software problem with your Windows computer. Often, this signals a failing operating system or motherboard. By default, Windows-based computers are set to restart if the computer experiences a blue screen. The restart allows the computer to reset necessary operating system files with the hopes of recovering from the problem. However, the blue screen often displays error messages that make it easier to diagnose the problem at hand and therefore you may not want the computer to restart automatically.
