How to Rename RAR Files That Are HTML
RAR (Roshal Archive) files compress and store groups of files into a single file to save space and conveniently manage a group of related files as one file. The RAR file format is commonly used to store and transport files over the Internet and using portable media in which space is limited. Open a RAR file that contains HTML files you wish to rename using software that supports the RAR format prior to renaming the files.
