How to Install Belkin Wireless G USB Network Adapter Software

You can install the software needed to use and manage your Belkin G adapter from the included CD.

Insert the CD that came with the Belkin G adapter into the computer's drive. Wait for a few seconds until the "Network Adapter Setup Utility" window comes up automatically.

Hover the mouse over the "Install" button, and then click on "Click here." Click "Next," and then wait while the utility installs the required driver software on the computer. Click "Finish."

Plug the Belkin G adapter into an open USB port on the computer. Wait until Windows' hardware wizard detects the new device. Click "Install the software automatically (recommended)," then "Next." Accept the wizard's request to restart the computer.

Look for a new icon, corresponding to the "Belkin Wireless Monitor," on your task bar, which indicates that the installation of the Belkin G adapter is complete.
