Report rude behavior by daycare employees immediately.

When you leave your child at a daycare center, you want to be assured that your child is being treated with respect. A single instance of inappropriate behavior by an employee could indicate significant behavioral issues that need to be addressed by daycare management. Take one of several approaches to notify the management right away If you observe any rude, or otherwise inappropriate behavior by a daycare employee

Instructions

    • 1

Speak to a supervisor about the employee's rude behavior while you are at the daycare. Supervisors are responsible for responding to inappropriate behavior on the part of their employees.

    • 2

Call the daycare's office when you return home to complain about the rude treatment. Be prepared to describe the incident and convey these concerns to the person who answers the phone. If the person you are complaining about picks up the phone, ask to speak to someone else who works there. Alternatively, call back when the daycare is closed and leave a message on the voicemail machine.

    • 3

Send a complaint letter to the daycare by postal or electronic mail. In the letter, include the employee's identity, the date and time of the incident and the details of the incident.
