  • Lemon juice

      Fill a bowl with 1 cup lemon juice and 1 cup water. Place the bowl in the microwave and turn on for about five minutes.

      Let the bowl cool off before removing from the microwave. The lemon juice will absorb the odor plus emit a fresh scent throughout the kitchen.

      Fill a few bowls with about 1/2 cup each of lemon juice and place around the kitchen. Let them sit until all of the smoke smell is removed.
