Instructions

  1. Making Alcoholic Strawberries

    • 1

Wash strawberries under cold running water to make sure they are clean. Dry them with a paper towel.

    • 2

Remove stem or leaves that might still be attached to the fruit. Slice the strawberries down the middle with a knife.

    • 3

Fill a bowl with vodka, leaving enough room to avoid overflow.

    • 4

Place the strawberries into the bowl and fully submerge as many berries as possible.

    • 5

Cover the bowl with a tight lid.

    • 6

Place the bowl in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours. Turn the bowl every hour to make sure strawberries soak up a maximum amount of vodka.

Tips & Warnings

  • Fresh strawberries can be kept submerged in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours without changing the taste or texture of the fruit.

  • Eating alcoholic strawberries should be treated the same as drinking alcoholic beverages, so serve and use responsibly.
