Use a Zodiac calendar to determine your astrological sign. The sign you have depends on the exact date in which you were born. For example, to be a "Sagittarius" you need to have been born between November 22 and December 21. People with the sign "Aries" were born between April 21 and March 19.

Determine the astrological sign of your potential mate, using the date in which they were born. You can use the same calendar you used in "Step 1" to find this information. If you don't yet have a potential mate picked out and instead are just trying to find out what to look for, skip to "Step 3."
