How to Kill an Enemy in One Shot on WOW
Killing an enemy in one shot in "World of Warcraft" is mostly a symbol of power. While anyone can walk up to a lower-level enemy and kill it with one shot, it typically takes a lot of high-level gear to kill an enemy that's the same level as your character with one shot. In addition to possessing top-level gear, you'll also need to use a few stat-boosting items to increase your power. Casters are the only classes that can kill an enemy with one shot; melee classes do not have enough initial burst damage.

Use a flask that increases your spell power. You can only use one flask at a time.

Buff yourself, and ask others to buff you as well. Buffs, such as the Mark of the Wild and Blessing of Kings, increase a variety of stats, such as your spell power and critical strike rating.

Equip a trinket that increases your spell power. Target the enemy, and right-click the trinket to activate it.

Activate an instant spell that acts as a modifier to your more powerful spell. Some casters do not have a modifying instant spell.

Cast your most powerful spell. You have a better chance of killing an enemy with one shot if your spell results in a critical strike.

Tips & Warnings
You cannot kill elite enemies or bosses with one shot. In addition, you will likely not kill enemies with one shot in PvP, because the armor and stats of your opponents mitigates your spell damage.
