How to Find Your POP3 for Mail
Your Windows Mail is an email client application that allows you to filter and organize your email messages. It picks your mail up from a server known as a POP3 server and displays it in its main interface. At times, you may need to know your POP3 server name to troubleshoot or update your Windows Mail application.

Launch your Windows Mail application.

Click "Tools" in the main menu bar. Choose "Accounts."

Click the "Mail" tab and then highlight the email account in question. Click the "Properties" button.

Click the "Servers" tab. View the server name in the incoming server field. That is your POP3 server.
